We can provide assistance and advice in signposting you to the right services to receive housing support in order to be rehoused, help make an application for housing, support towards preventing homelessness, challenge and appeal a council decision and access benefits to help pay towards your rent.

We provide an advocacy service which can be tailormade to meet the needs of your request. We provide the following services; befriending, signposting, letter writing, attending meetings and appointments as and when required. We can act on your behalf in advocating as per your instructions. We act in an anti- oppressive manner to express your views and the concerns you have, defend and promote your rights and responsibilities, explore and inform you of the choices and options available.

We can assist by accompanying you to and from your medical appointments, speaking on your behalf in situations where you have difficulties in articulating your needs.

We can assist by supporting and informing you of the charitable grants available to relieve you of any financial hardships you may be experiencing. We can assist by applying on your behalf for household items, funding towards your household bills and a reduction in your rent to help alleviate some of the financial difficulties which you may be experiencing.

We can help by providing day care support and residential care support in the comfort of your home. One of our friendly staff are on hand to assist with every day task in meeting the individual needs of the service user. All staff are specially trained and DBS checked.

We provide a specialist home childcare service for children aged five and above. We are Ofsted registered, qualified and DBS Checked. We pride ourselves in providing quality care, educational provision and a positive level of emotional warmth to the child in the comfort of their own home.
